Yom Tov baking

I am hemorrhaging butter.  We cannot buy it fast enough to keep it in stock in the freezer.
 
This is the way life should be.

Yum... dunno why, I almost never make milchig for yontiv. I should. Hemorrhaging butter sounds delicious.

Cuz you're smart and don't enjoy the prospect of washing two or three full sets of baking stuff on the same day. Or the inevitable clashes for table space. And the inevitable, incessant washing & wiping & self-cleaning to avoid any possibility of milchik-ing the fleishiks or vice versa!!!
